Right to Manage

Leaseholders can exercise their 'Right to Manage' where certain eligibility criteria are met. We have helped several properties through this process.

Transfer of Management

A few simple checks will allow us to determine the best course of action for residents suffering from poor levels of service. For complex cases we have access to a team of specialist property solicitors.

First Tier Tribunals (FTT)

FTT are an option for all leaseholders and applications cost as little as £100. We have successfully represented clients at FTT challenging reasonableness of service charge and mismangement of client funds.

Building Safety Fund (BSF)
